Apple Sauce

Required:
400 gm apples;
25 gm margarine;
25 gm sugar

Method:
Peel , core and wash the apples. Place with the sugar ,margarine , a little water in a saucepan with a tight-fitting lid .Cook to a puree. Pass through a sieve(strain with a thin cloth).
